It's the first step in the professional diving career. A PADI Divemaster is already a diving industry professional and at the end of the course is able to perform several activities like guiding a group of certified divers underwater, assisting an instructor during a course, teaching certain portions of the PADI courses by himself/herself, managing the daily work at a diving center. Besides of sharpening the peculiar characteristics of a diver, the PADI Divemaster course is designed for transmitting to the candidate the highest level of experience and for developing the key skills of risk analysis and management.
